In contrast to conventional, wired scales, EasyCheck can be placed wherever required in the house for unprecedented flexibility. EasyCheck is operated with standard universal batteries, e.g. from Makita or Milwaukee. The battery only needs to be changed once a week. The weighing data are sent wirelessly to the cloud-based farm management solution BFN Fusion via an IoT gateway. BFN Fusion provides detailed analyses of the data, which can be retrieved in real time. Farmers are thus always up to date regarding weight, growth development, feed conversion and uniformity of their birds.
With a weighing accuracy of less than 1 %, i.e. virtually no deviations in weighing results, and a special algorithm that factors in breed-specific information, EasyCheck minimises measuring anomalies and delivers extremely reliable data. For extensive analyses across multiple locations, several scales can be used per house and farm.
Hygiene is a top priority with EasyCheck: the scales are easy to clean and have smooth surfaces and rounded edges to prevent dirt accumulation. Due to the IP66 protection rating, the scales are very robust and have a long service life, even under the demanding conditions in broiler houses.
