Congratulations on 25 years of working at Big Dutchman! The first of August marks a quarter of a century since David Nieuwenhuizen from the town of Mühlen started his training to become a businessman for wholesale and export trades with the poultry equipment supplier located in Calveslage. Directly after completing his training, the new graduate with Dutch roots started working for the sales department and has remained in this job ever since. As Area Sales Manager, David Nieuwenhuizen is responsible for Big Dutchman sales activities in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia today.
Nieuwenhuizen earned his stripes in the sales support team. Five years later, he joined the sales and field staff. From the very beginning, the sales expert was responsible for Central and Eastern European, with the largest market in Poland, and proved his good understanding of what customers needed as early as during the difficult times of the 1990s. The region now boasts an impressive number of poultry houses equipped by Big Dutchman: evidence of Nieuwenhuizen's skills.
"Big Dutchman's success in the Central and Eastern European markets and our good reputation in these countries would never have been possible without your commitment and motivation," the chairman of the Big Dutchman board of management, Bernd Meerpohl, thanked David Nieuwenhuizen.
