3rd Global Service Meeting in the USA
Together on the path to service excellence 🌍
This year, the event took place at our US location in Holland, Michigan, under the motto “Service Excellence”. Almost 30 colleagues from all regions attended: from Asia to Europe to South America, and of course the hosts themselves.
The teams spent four days exchanging ideas. Dirk Schlichting, Head of Customer Service: “We have already launched 90 initiatives, which we are now implementing worldwide. Our big goal: service excellence – for our customers and a strong future!”
