Flexible, pliable, very quiet to operate and, most importantly, extremely resistant to wear and tear. The new Big Dutchman FlexVey PUR conveying system is a true innovation and ensures a constant, safe delivery of feed from the silo to the poultry house at all times. FlexVey PUR will be on display at VIV Europe 2014.
“The special feature of our new product is the spiral hose made of high-quality, wear-resistant polyurethane,” explains Big Dutchman product manager Jörg Hurlin. “Endurance tests have shown that the service life of this system is four to five times longer than that of traditional conveying systems.”
The pliable hose is easily installed and very flexible. Complicated mounting around corners is now a thing of the past. The system is also very quiet to operate: an additional advantage. This reflects positively on the behaviour of the birds and reduces stressful situations in the house.
FlexVey PUR is available with diameters of 75 and 90 mm as of now.
